Compassion International, Inc. seeks a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to bridge Finance Systems and FP&A, ensuring budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and decision-making are enabled by robust technology and data governance.

You will collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, IT, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into practical financial system solutions, driving improvements across the finance function.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in finance, financial systems, FP&A, or related field.
• 4-5 years of Workday Financials experience.
• 2-3 years of Adaptive Planning experience, with budgeting/forecasting.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, Business, or related field.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor bridging Finance Systems Support and FP&A.
• Partner with FP&A, Finance Systems, Accounting, Treasury, IT and stakeholders to translate needs into system capabilities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and decision-making through finance tech solutions.
• Enhance Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, and other finance tools for better UX and ops.
• Develop business cases and gain stakeholder alignment for proposed changes.
• Lead or support projects improving finance processes, reporting, data quality, and systems.
