Job summary

Premier Professional Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to administer and optimize Workday Financials and related finance technology.

You will partner with Finance stakeholders to translate needs into scalable system solutions, strengthen controls, and drive efficiency. You will lead security administration, testing, releases, and continuous improvement, while collaborating with auditors and third-party partners.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Workday Financials administration, business processes, security, reporting, integrations, and configuration concepts.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes, internal controls, segregation of duties, financial data, and system dependencies.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable system designs, clear requirements, testing strategies, documentation, and sustainable support processes.
• Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, project delivery, stakeholder management, and change communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgment, influence without direct authority, and communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical audiences.
