Job summary

Premier Professional Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to administer and enhance Workday Financials and related finance tech. You will partner with Finance and Accounting to translate business needs into scalable systems, strengthen controls, and improve reporting and efficiency.

The role leads complex troubleshooting, supports audits, and mentors team members while coordinating with Finance, IT, and external partners. Remote travel may be required within the US.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Workday Financials administration, processes, security, reporting, integrations, and configuration concepts.
• Experience with internal controls, SOX-type practices, and data integrity in finance systems.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable system designs, tests, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday administration, configuration, testing, and deployment of finance modules and reporting.
• Manage security roles, access requests, and controls to ensure segregation of duties and audit readiness.
• Investigate and resolve complex system issues, coordinate testing, and communicate improvements to stakeholders.
