Compassion International, Inc. seeks a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to bridge Finance Systems and FP&A, ensuring budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and decision-making are enabled by robust technology and data governance.

You will collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, IT, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into practical financial system solutions, driving improvements across the finance function.

Competenze

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in finance, financial systems, FP&A, or related field.
• 4-5 years of Workday Financials experience.
• 2-3 years of Adaptive Planning experience, with budgeting/forecasting.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, Business, or related field.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This role combines strong financial acumen with practical systems expertise to ensure Finance teams can effectively leverage technology, data, and processes to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and decision-making.As the primary connection point between Finance users and finance technology solutions, this individual partners closely with FP&A, Finance Systems, Accounting, Treasury, IT, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into system capabilities, improve user experience, strengthen data integrity, and drive process improvements. Success in this role requires the ability to understand how finance work gets done, identify opportunities for improvement, influence stakeholders, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, and help bring solutions from concept through implementation.* Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
