Job summary

Compassion International, Inc. is looking for a Workday HCM Systems Analyst for a temporary remote position from July 2026 to June 30, 2027. The analyst will provide functional and technical support for the Workday HCM platform, including user administration, reporting, and issue resolution.

Strong experience in Workday HCM and relevant HR systems is required. Join a mission-driven team focused on releasing children from poverty in Jesus’ name.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of relevant HR Systems work experience.
• Significant Workday HCM configuration and administration experience.
• Ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for Workday HCM platform.
• Resolve complex Workday HCM system issues.
• Develop complex Workday reports according to user needs.
