Job summary

Compassion International in the United States is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst who bridges Finance Systems Support and FP&A. This role combines strong financial acumen with practical systems expertise to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and decision-making.

You will partner with FP&A, Finance Systems, Accounting, Treasury, IT, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into system capabilities, improve data integrity, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Information Systems/Business or equivalent.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in finance, financial systems, FP&A, or related field.
• Experience with Adaptive Planning and Workday Financials.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with FP&A analysts and Finance stakeholders to understand data needs.
• Lead projects that improve finance processes, reporting, data quality, and system functionality.
• Support budgeting, forecast cycles, and ongoing financial planning through system readiness and maintenance.
• Translate business requirements into practical system solutions and process improvements.
• Develop deep understanding of Finance processes including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and data governance.
