Jobgether is seeking a finance-focused professional to support federal financial reporting, GL adherence, and asset accounting. You will map GL impacts of transactions, maintain roll forwards, and design material-in-transit reporting to ensure asset visibility during movement.

You will also work with OM&S assets, build dashboards with Power BI/Tableau, and drive data-driven improvements in reporting. This remote role offers full-time work with exposure to DoD financial modernization initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. Master's can substitute.
• At least 4 years of federal financial management experience; other sectors considered.
• Strong GL experience including journal entries and transaction flows.
• Ability to map GL impact of transactions and maintain roll forwards.
• Experience in asset management or property accounting.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis; work with large datasets.
• Excellent communication; audit-ready deliverables.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and support financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with GL and financial records.
• Analyze financial transactions end to end, documenting GL impacts across accounts.
• Develop, maintain, and reconcile account roll forwards, resolving discrepancies.
• Design material-in-transit reporting by linking shipment records with receipts.
• Support asset management and OM&S accounting through lifecycle tracking.
• Develop recurring metrics from material ownership data to strengthen controls.
• Document accounting processes, data sources, reporting methodologies, and logic.
• Collaborate with joint venture colleagues to identify data gaps and improve reporting.
