Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Manager, Financial Reporting in the United States. You will oversee financial disclosures under US GAAP, coordinate with auditors, and strengthen internal controls for a global fire and life safety technology organization.

Qualifications

• :Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in public accounting and/or industry with financial reporting experience.
• CPA license preferred; Big Four experience desirable.
• Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and external reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support the timely filing of required financial reports, including financial statements, disclosures, and lender reporting documentation.
• Research and analyze complex accounting transactions in accordance with U.S. GAAP, preparing technical accounting memoranda and documenting conclusions.
• Support the evaluation and implementation of new accounting standards and assess their impact on financial reporting and disclosures.
• Coordinate with external auditors on financial reporting and technical accounting matters, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and requests.
• Assist with compliance initiatives and maintain documentation supporting internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR).
• Contribute to quarterly and annual financial close processes, ensuring external reporting is accurate, complete, and delivered within established deadlines.
• Review reporting workflows and recommend improvements to strengthen efficiency, consistency, and internal control procedures.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to address reporting requirements and support strategic business initiatives.
• Provide analytical support on financial reporting matters and help maintain a scalable, well-documented, and compliance-focused reporting environment.
