Ladders is seeking a Senior Financial Insights Analyst to uncover financial and operational insights, improving marketplace performance and P&L visibility. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders, build data-driven narratives, and drive actions in a fast-paced, data-rich environment.

The role focuses on strategic finance, automation, and stakeholder management, with remote US-based candidates only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or related consulting roles in tech/e-commerce.
• Strong analytical skills with focus on data structuring and real-time alerting.
• Ability to craft compelling narratives from data insights.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close P&L leakage through data analysis.
• Utilize AI and automation tools for real-time issue alerting.
• Develop expert understanding of marketplace data and invoicing processes.
• Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, or Python.
• Synthesize findings into clear narratives for stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
