Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Financial Control Manager based in the United States. You will lead controllership, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across marketing, general expenses, HQ operations, and IT spend, partnering with senior leaders to translate data into actionable insights.

This role focuses on cost allocation, internal controls, period-end close, and driving cost transparency and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• CPA, CMA, MBA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting including controllership and budgeting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with cost allocation, internal controls, and financial systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial controllership, budgeting, forecasting, and close processes.
• Provide strategic partnership to senior leaders translating results into risks and opportunities.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly reviews, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Ensure accuracy of postings and integrity of financial reporting across cost centers.
• Drive cost optimization, benchmarking, and process improvements.
• Coach and develop finance team, build governance and cross-functional collaboration.
