Job summary

Partner Company is seeking a Senior Financial Control Manager based in the United States. You will lead controllership, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across multiple cost centers and technology spend.

This role partners with senior leaders to deliver insights, drive cost transparency, and enhance governance. The role emphasizes process improvement, internal controls, and cost optimization in a complex organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or other advanced certification preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive finance/accounting experience including controllership and FP&A.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting practices.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, period-end close, and cost allocation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial management of marketing, general expenses, HQ, and IT spend.
• Translate financial results into risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Lead monthly and quarterly spending reviews with senior leaders.
• Own annual budgeting, forecast updates, and period-end close activities.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial postings and reporting.
