Job summary

Aldevron, a Danaher operating company, offers a fully remote Sr. Financial Analyst role within the Financial Planning and Analysis team. You will lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting, partnering with business functions to analyze performance and develop projections.

You will prepare standard and ad hoc reports, analyze trends, and support financial systems to enable reliable decision-making. The role reports to the FP&A Manager and emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with an accounting emphasis.
• Minimum of 4 years in financial close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes and cost center management with cross-functional teams.
• Advise budget owners on accounting, budgeting, and forecasting per GAAP.
• Deliver variance analysis and identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop financial models and provide data-driven decision support.
• Drive continuous process improvement in financial and reporting processes.
