Aledade, a public benefit corporation, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team and support the annual budget process, monthly variance analysis, forecasting, and executive presentations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Finance, a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, and strong communication. Remote-friendly within the US, with Bethesda, MD options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years work experience in Finance.
• Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling capacity.
• Strong analytical abilities with data synthesis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Team player with flexibility in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting expenses and headcount; prepare executive-level variance explanations.
• Create charts and slides for monthly, quarterly, and annual boards.
• Assist in optimizing FP&A tools and opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate in annual budget process with Finance teams and accounting.
• Prepare monthly Executive Committee and Board Decks; ad-hoc analyses.
