Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a discipline related to the function.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• CPA preferred.
• Strong budgeting and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and mentorship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and analyzes income and balance sheet statements, consolidated statements, and various other accounting statements and reports.
• Performs complex financial analysis and evaluates operating results and financial position.
• Leads in the coordination of accounting matters with other departments, locations, and plant.
• Provides recommendations for cost improvements and product profitability.
• Mentors junior analysts and supports internal controls and forecasting.
