Job summary

Aledade PBC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with the FP&A team for annual budget, monthly variance analyses, and executive reporting. The role involves collaborating with budget owners, accounting, and finance to ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, and variance explanations.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely within the US or be based in Bethesda, MD, and contribute to executive presentations and strategic insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years of experience in finance.
• Advanced Excel skills with modeling and Pivot Tables.
• Strong analytical and storytelling abilities for executive reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecast and budget variance analysis with clear written explanations for plan vs. forecast.
• Enhance use of NSPB/FP&A tools and explore AI-driven efficiency.
• Collaborate on annual budget process with Finance Business Partners and accounting.
• Prepare monthly Executive Committee and quarterly Board Decks.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and analyses to support priorities.
