Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive forecasting, budgeting, and analytics. You will modernize reporting with AI, automate finance processes, and partner with Finance, IT, and business units to scale insights.

Preferred on-site in Indianapolis, IN or Miami, FL, with remote flexibility. The role reports to the Finance Director and offers a comprehensive benefits package and potential bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 5+ years experience; or Master’s with 3+ years; or Doctoral with 0-2.
• Experience in business planning, FP&A, financial analysis or analytics.
• Proficiency in process automation and advanced Excel modeling.
• Comfort working with large datasets across multiple systems.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, margins and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Finance AI & Automation Super User, owning the design, deployment, and ongoing improvement of AI-enabled analytics and reporting solutions.
• Perform and enhance revenue, margin, and operating profit analyses, identifying trends, drivers, and insights.
• Identify high-value opportunities to automate recurring finance activities and reduce cycle times.
• Manage and automate sales commissions reporting and analytics for accuracy and scalability.
• Bridge between Finance and IT/Data teams to integrate ERP/CRM/pricing systems into reporting solutions.
