Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles at high-growth tech companies.
• Direct people management experience with coaching finance professionals.
• Strong track record as a strategic partner to C-level executives.
• Ability to build and present complex financial models for executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial health of multiple major functional areas and advise 3+ C-level executives on resource allocation.
• Drive the vision for finance partnerships by implementing new analytical frameworks and efficiency opportunities.
• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals with a culture of strategic thinking.
• Partner cross-functionally to align on budgets, forecasts, headcount planning, and priorities.
• Shape company-wide investment decisions using financial models and scenario analyses.
• Prepare regular financial reporting and translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
