Job summary

AssetWatch is seeking a seasoned Controller to scale the accounting function for a high-growth SaaS/HaaS company. Located in the United States with a remote-first setup, you will partner with the CFO and executives to drive financial strategy and robust controls across multiple entities.

The role demands 12+ years in tech finance, ASC 606 expertise, and multi-currency experience, with CPA and leadership excellence shaping global reporting and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA required.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting and financial management experience in technology, software, SaaS, or HaaS.
• Proven track record leading accounting in high-growth, VC/PE-backed environments.
• Deep expertise in ASC 606 revenue recognition for subscription/usage models.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidations and multi-currency accounting operations.
• Knowledge of international tax compliance and transfer pricing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee GAAP-compliant financial reporting and end-to-end audit processes.
• Lead accounting across multiple legal entities with intercompany transactions.
• Partner with the CFO and executive team to translate financial data into strategic insights.
• Develop scalable accounting systems, internal controls, and risk management.
• Manage international tax planning, compliance, and cross-border reporting.
