Horizon3 is a fully remote cybersecurity company creating the NodeZero autonomous pentesting platform. We seek a Staff Attack Engineer to lead external attack capabilities, set research direction, and raise the bar for engineers building safe, scalable attack workflows.

Join a team blending former operators and security researchers. The role emphasizes production-quality code, cross‑functional collaboration, and delivering high‑impact offensive tooling for large external surfaces.

Formación

• Deep, hands-on offensive experience against external attack surfaces, from recon to post-exploitation.
• Proven ability to build reconnaissance and discovery systems at scale.
• Strong research and parsing of large external data sources into trustworthy information.
• Experience automating multi-step attack workflows and producing production-safe tooling.
• Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to rapidly become the team expert on unfamiliar systems.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable reconnaissance workflows in production-grade Python.
• Parse large volumes of external data and turn it into actionable information.
• Develop robust approaches for hard-to-reason-about data and build enrichment pipelines.
• Extend attack-path models and graph data structures to represent new identities and paths.
• Automate multi-step attack workflows from discovery to post-exploitation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and mentor attack engineers.
