Horizon3 is a remote cybersecurity company delivering NodeZero platform-based autonomous pentests across complex environments. We seek a Software Engineer - Attack to develop attack content and enhance data models under the Federal Engineering team.

You will collaborate with multiple engineering groups to scale features, understand offensive exploits, and maintain platform quality with robust testing and documentation. Our all-remote culture supports flexible, results-oriented work.

Qualifications

• , Proficiency in Python software development and strong security practices.
• , Proficient with Docker and relational/graph databases (Postgres/Neo4j).
• , Experience developing complex systems for federal networks with secure SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Attack, Data, Commercial and Federal engineering teams across the software development lifecycle.
• Improve NodeZero scalability by enabling the Attack team to add offensive content and features.
• Work with attack engineers and researchers to understand reverse engineered exploits and their interactions in production.
• Maintain and extend platform architecture, data models, and product features.
• Identify, own, and resolve bugs; ensure high software quality through reviews, tests, and monitoring.
• Adhere to and improve processes of the Federal Attack Team.
