Job summary

Horizon3.ai is a fully remote cybersecurity company building NodeZero, an autonomous pentesting platform. We’re seeking a Senior Attack Engineer to drive external attack capabilities, develop scalable reconnaissance workflows, and turn vast, unstructured data into actionable insights that scale across large environments.

You’ll work on production-grade systems, advance attack-path modeling, and automate end-to-end workflows while contributing to research and content roadmap.

Qualifications

• Proven offensive security experience across recon to post-exploitation.
• Experience building reconnaissance and discovery systems at scale.
• Strong ability to parse messy external data into usable information.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable reconnaissance workflows in production-grade Python.
• Parse large volumes of external data and turn it into actionable information.
• Develop methods to handle hard-to-reason data like banners, web content and logs.
• Extend attack-path modeling and graph data to represent identities and relationships.
• Automate multi-step attack workflows from discovery to post-exploitation.
• Research external tradecraft and convert into production attack content.
• Stand up test environments to validate attack scenarios.
• Ensure production safety, scale, and compliance with target environments.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and customer teams; document findings.
