Job summary

Manifold, a division of Lyft, is seeking a seasoned Producer to lead experiential programs from kickoff through wrap. You will translate vision into actionable production plans, manage budgets and schedules, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality experiences.

The role requires 4+ years in experiential marketing or live events, excellent organizational and communication skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in experiential marketing or live events.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience building production schedules and budgets (POs, invoices, reconciliation).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Willing to travel and work extended hours.
• Bachelor's degree or PMP preferred.
• Hands-on AV/lighting/staging/tech event experience.
• Proven Stage Manager or Show Caller experience.
• Vendor relationships with production partners.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead experiential programs and workstreams from kickoff to wrap.
• Translate strategy into actionable production plans across budgets, schedules, vendors, logistics, onsite delivery.
• Collaborate with Senior Producers, Account, Creative, Operations, and clients to align expectations and momentum.
• Manage details, anticipate next steps, solve challenges, know when to elevate.
• Own end-to-end production workflows and maintain run-of-shows, staffing, and logistics docs.
• Develop and track production schedules across pre-pro, onsite, and wrap; report status and risks.
• Build, monitor, and reconcile budgets; manage POs and vendor estimates.
• Maintain relationships with venues, fabricators, and technical vendors.
• Evaluate concepts for production viability and propose practical options.
