Qualifications

• 8+ years of executive search experience, including in‑house/external retained search.
• Experience identifying, attracting, and hiring executives across functions and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute executive search strategies across engineering, product, manufacturing, and corporate functions.
• Partner with leadership, HR, and compensation to align priorities and talent needs.
• Build leadership pipelines and engage passive candidates for long-term succession planning.
• Deliver a strategic and consultative candidate experience and manage offers and negotiations.
• Drive continuous improvement in search methodologies, tools, and engagement practices.
• Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
