Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an Executive Search Recruiting/Sourcing Specialist (Contract) to support full-cycle recruiting remotely from Idaho. You will collaborate with stakeholders, craft job descriptions, manage ATS requisitions, screen candidates, conduct phone interviews, and assist with onboarding and visa processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and proactive ownership.
Experience with collaborative systems (Teams, SharePoint, Skype).

Responsibilities

Support full-cycle recruiting activities and partner with stakeholders.
Craft and edit job descriptions with Hiring Managers.
Create requisitions in the ATS and HR systems.
Screen applications and resumes; pre-screen candidates by phone.
Schedule screens/interviews and host onsite interviews when needed.
Assist immigration/work visa processes and onboarding activities.
