Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or executive search coordination.
• Experience using Workday ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate scheduling, interview coordination, offer support, and onboarding activities.
• Deliver a white-glove candidate experience with confidentiality, professionalism, and responsiveness.
• Serve as the primary liaison between executive candidates, hiring leaders, executive assistants, recruiters, and external search firms.
• Maintain executive search dashboards, candidate trackers, reporting tools, and recruiting systems.
