Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Experience sourcing for professional, technical, engineering, or operations roles.
• Strong interviewing, evaluating candidates, and relationship management skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Consult with hiring managers on talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and market trends.
• Provide guidance on recruiting guidelines, compensation trends, and talent landscapes.
• Influence hiring decisions with data-driven insights.
• Build relationships across multiple teams to align hiring objectives.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and hiring timelines.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, referrals, and events.
• Screen and evaluate candidates for Micron's needs and fit.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition intake to onboarding coordination.
• Lead offer negotiations and closing with candidates.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and pipeline health.
