Job summary

Heartland Dental LLC is seeking an Executive Recruiter, Talent Acquisition, to lead strategic hiring for senior corporate and operations roles nationwide. You will partner with executives and leaders to deliver market insights, craft recruitment strategies, and build leadership pipelines while maintaining a best-in-class candidate experience.

You will manage 15–20 leadership searches concurrently, leveraging ATS data and market intelligence to drive timely, compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years in recruiting with leadership-level searches.
Experience partnering with executives and stakeholders on hiring strategy.
Proven ability to manage multiple executive searches concurrently.
Strong knowledge of talent market dynamics and compensation trends.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies for senior corporate roles.
Manage a high-volume portfolio of leadership searches with ATS data ownership.
Consult with executives to understand objectives and succession needs.
Provide data-informed recommendations on market conditions and talent availability.
Develop long-term leadership pipelines through proactive mapping and engagement.
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
Monitor progress and provide updates to stakeholders on hiring timelines.
