Job summary

Heartland Dental LLC is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to support the Talent Acquisition team by developing lead generation strategies for doctors, hygiene, clinical and business support roles across Heartland supported practices.

The role is virtual with national travel for meetings or events, working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and collaborating with senior leaders to optimize candidate generation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in recruitment or sourcing.
• Experience generating candidate flow through multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition by implementing lead generation strategies for Doctors, Hygiene, Clinical and Business Support roles.
• Build and maintain a network of engaged candidates in designated region.
• Travel nationally for team meetings or events as needed.
• Suggest process improvements and innovative candidate-generation approaches.
• Report on sourcing activity and performance.
