Job summary

FED95 is seeking an experienced Microsoft Excel expert to support the PMW-200 Aviation Log IT program for a DoD client headquartered at NAS Patuxent River, MD. This role can be performed remotely with minimal travel.

You will develop and present managerial and financial analyses in Excel, build dashboards, models, and data pipelines using Power Query/Power Pivot, and support executive leadership and the Business Office.

Qualifications

• Expert in Microsoft Excel with advanced formulas and data modeling.
• Experience creating PivotTables, dashboards, and data visualizations for leadership.
• Familiarity with Power Query and Power Pivot for data integration and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain financial reports using Excel.
• Review and prepare high-quality charts, reports, and documents for signatures.
• Assist with special projects and provide admin/logistical support for workshops and conferences.
• Establish and maintain filing systems in accordance with Naval guidelines.
• Perform SharePoint Online tasks: libraries, permissions, users.
• Develop and maintain task tracking systems to monitor work.
• Use databases to generate reports and reconcile data.
• Support analysis and development of Total Cost of Ownership models.
• Take on additional duties as directed by leadership.
