Job summary

FED95 is seeking an experienced Microsoft Excel expert to support the PMW-200 Aviation Logistics IT program for a DoD customer. The role is remote with minimal travel, based at NAS Patuxent River, MD oversight, and requires US citizenship and ability to obtain a secret clearance.

You will develop financial reports, dashboards, and TCO analyses, build PivotTables, Power Query pipelines, and dynamic visuals to inform senior leadership and stakeholders across the Navy and joint forces.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required and ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Expert in Microsoft Office, especially Excel with advanced formulas.
• Mastery of INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IFS, LET, and array formulas.
• Proficient in dynamic arrays, structured references, and multi-step calculations.
• Data modeling, PivotTables/Charts, and dashboards for executives.
• Power Query, Power Pivot, and DAX for relational data modeling.
• Creative, proactive problem-solving and efficiency improvements.
• Ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders and document processes.
• Familiarity with DoD environment and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain financial reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare charts, reports, memos, and emails for signature or collaboration.
• Support workshops and conferences with administrative/logistical services.
• Establish and maintain filing systems per naval standards.
• Perform SharePoint Online tasks: libraries, permissions, users.
• Develop and maintain task-tracking systems for projects.
• Utilize databases; reconcile data; generate reports across sources.
• Contribute to Total Cost of Ownership analyses for PMW-200 IT products.
• Other duties as directed by leadership.
