Job summary

AltView Analytics is seeking a data reporting specialist to maintain and update recurring financial reports for PAE ACE stakeholders in Huntsville, AL. You will build and refine Excel-based analyses, including pivot tables, to support budget tracking and financial oversight.

The role involves supporting DoD-focused reporting workflows using Power BI dashboards and Power Automate, responding to routine data requests, and ensuring data accuracy across source systems.

Qualifications

• General understanding of government budget execution processes; DoD experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formula-based analysis
• Working familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI at minimum)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update recurring financial reports for PAE ACE stakeholders
• Build, refine, and troubleshoot pivot tables and Excel-based analyses to support financial tracking
• Support budget execution data reviews and help identify discrepancies or reporting errors
• Assist with Power Platform reporting tools (Power BI dashboards, Power Automate workflows) as needed
• Respond to routine data requests from program and financial management staff
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and source systems
