Job summary

WASEYABEK DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LLC seeks an experienced Management Analyst to support PMW-200 Aviation Log IT at NAS Patuxent River, MD. The role is remote with minimal travel and focuses on managerial and financial analysis, dashboards, and DoD reporting for naval logistics IT systems.

Ideal candidates combine Excel expertise, data modeling, and Power BI skills with DoD clearance readiness, delivering high-quality reports and strategic insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• United States citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's preferred.
• DoD experience and ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• Expert in Microsoft Excel with advanced formulas and data modeling.
• Strong experience building dashboards and Power BI integration.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Financial Reports using Excel with high-quality visuals.
• Review and coordinate charts, memos, and documents for signature.
• Support workshops and administrative tasks for office-sponsored events.
• Establish filing systems per Naval standards and manage document control.
• Perform SharePoint Online tasks and build document libraries and permissions.
• Develop task-tracking systems and maintain databases for data integrity.
• Generate reports from multiple data sources and reconcile data.
• Develop Total Cost of Ownership models for IT products/services.
