Jobot is seeking a seasoned Litigation Attorney specializing in Labor & Employment to join our dynamic legal team in a fully remote role. The candidate will manage EPLI matters, advise on compliance, and develop litigation strategies for high-stakes employment disputes across a national client base.
The ideal candidate has a JD, at least 7 years of labor and employment litigation experience, and a proven track record of representing clients.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admitted to the state bar in good standing.
- Minimum of 7 years of labor and employment litigation experience in a law firm setting.
- Proven track record in representing clients in labor and employment disputes.
Responsibilities
- Manage EPLI matters and develop litigation strategies.
- Conduct legal research and advise on rights and obligations under labor and employment laws.
- Draft, review, and negotiate pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff for efficient case management.
- Stay updated on changes in labor and employment laws and educate clients and colleagues.
