Jobot is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney specializing in Labor & Employment to join our dynamic legal team in a fully remote role. The ideal candidate will manage EPLI matters, conduct thorough research, draft and negotiate legal documents, and develop litigation strategies.

Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school.
Minimum 7 years of labor and employment litigation experience in a law firm.
Admission to the state bar in good standing.
Proven track record in labor and employment disputes.
Strong legal research, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Manage EPLI matters and labor & employment risk for clients.
Conduct legal research and advise on rights and obligations under employment laws.
Draft, review, and negotiate pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlements.
Develop litigation strategies and educate clients on legal changes.
Advise on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff for case management.
Keep clients and colleagues updated on labor and employment law developments.
