Qualifications

- Minimum 7 years of labor and employment litigation experience.
- Admitted to the state bar in good standing.
- Proven track record in labor and employment disputes.
Responsibilities
- Manage EPLI matters for clients.
- Conduct legal research and advise on employment laws.
- Draft and negotiate pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlements.
- Develop and implement litigation strategies.
- Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants.
- Stay updated on changes in labor and employment regulations.
