Qualifications

5+ years of healthcare IT, Epic product development, and/or enterprise software delivery.
Epic certification in one or more relevant applications completed and maintained: EpicCare Ambulatory.
Ability to lead projects and mentor Analysts with minimum supervision.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Involved in complex design work and configuration for Epic solutions and integrations.
Provide project management support, planning, scheduling and resource coordination.
Mentor Analysts and Senior Analysts on tasks and configurations.
Conduct detailed testing and validation to ensure user requirements are met.
Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to transfer knowledge and train users.
Offer innovative ideas to improve Epic system efficiency and user experience.
