Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an IT analyst to support Enterprise Corporate Pharmacy Applications. The role focuses on Epic platform and other applications to meet clinical and business needs. You will gather requirements, help design and test solutions, and coordinate with business units and IT.

Responsibilities include deployment, training, and post-implementation support, ensuring data integrity and alignment with regulatory standards. Remote work is available from IL, WI, NC, GA.

Qualifications

EPIC certification required within 6 months of hire.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years IT or clinical environment experience with process mapping and requirements.
Proficient in EPIC and related applications, OS, and databases.
Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Gather, document, and analyze business needs for Epic and third-party apps.
Design, configure, test, and maintain application solutions.
Coordinate with clinical service lines and IT for implementation.
Provide training support and assist with go-live activities.
Act as liaison between business users and IT to resolve issues.
