Job summary

Powerserve Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale EPC/electric utilities projects from initiation to completion. You will ensure on-time, within-scope delivery while meeting safety and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to align project goals with business needs and community impact. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in utilities/energy PM, strong leadership, and proficiency in PM

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent Substation PM experience.
7+ years of project management experience within utilities or energy sectors.
Proven track record leading large, multi-disciplinary projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale utility projects.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and regulators for progress and compliance.
Monitor project performance metrics and prepare reports for senior leadership.
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing outcomes and applying best practices.
