Job summary

NimbleFig is a data company building and operating platforms that turn public information into clean, structured data. As an Entity Resolution & Search Engineer, you will unify entities across our datasets and improve search quality across evolving corpora.

You will own evaluation, define precision/recall, and help grow an entity graph that connects data across domains. Remote (US) or in San Francisco, with a focus on building production-grade systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with entity resolution, record linkage, dedup, or search (lexical or vector).
• Solid information-retrieval or applied-ML fundamentals.
• Rigorous about evaluation, not just shipping a model.
• Comfortable in Python and working with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve entity resolution and record linkage across platforms.
• Design and tune search relevance across large, dynamic corpora.
• Own evaluation: define precision/recall, measure honestly, and improve deliberately.
• Grow and maintain the entity graph that connects data across domains.
• Turn fuzzy matching problems into production-ready systems.
