Job summary

Firmable is seeking a Senior Engineer, Entity Graphs to design the global hybrid graph architecture that underpins our business view. You will shape a store blending property graph, data warehouse and search, while enabling agentic retrieval for AI agents across 15M companies and 130M people.

You will own entity resolution, scale-aware design, and the methods that ensure precision and recall across sources. Expect experiments, breakthroughs, and rigorous evidence to prove improvements.

Qualifications

• Six+ years building production data or graph systems, including at scale.
• Fully AI-native development workflow: agentic coding, AI-driven test generation and automated review.
• Production graph databases: Neo4j, Memgraph, with Cypher, index and constraints.

Responsibilities

• Design a hybrid store with graph, warehouse and search components and own consistency.
• Extend schema to absorb new entities and relationships without migrations.
• Address structural scale challenges: supernodes, traversal blowup, hot partitions and cost.
• Feed graph insights back into data: ranking, communities, and link prediction to support corroboration.
