Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a passionate Software Engineer III for the Entity Resolution team. You will build and improve matching and entity resolution services powering internal and customer-facing applications, using machine learning techniques and scalable data systems.

The role emphasizes low latency, high throughput, and collaboration with product managers and architects. You should have 6+ years in software development, with Java 8+ and Spring, plus cloud experience (GCP/AWS).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field is required; Masters preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in software development, building large scale backend services for customer facing apps.
• Proven experience with Java 8+ and frameworks like Spring.
• Experience building data infrastructures in a cloud-native environment (GCP or AWS).
• Strong expertise in designing and maintaining complex distributed systems in production.

Responsibilities

• Understand architecture and data to improve matching results for ZoomInfo users.
• Extend architecture to adapt to customer matching needs and infrastructure context.
• Build entity resolution and match services powering multiple applications and billions of documents.
• Drive architecture and design for scalable, performant, reliable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver on a long-term roadmap for the match algorithm.
