NetApp, Inc. seeks an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to own the technical relationship with customers, partnering with Client Executives to drive business outcomes across both existing accounts and net-new opportunities.

You will design, architect, and configure solutions across complex enterprise environments, manage multiple deals at various stages, and work with channel partners to win together in the field.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical pre-sales or solutions engineering in a quota-driven environment.
• Proven success supporting enterprise customers in complex sales cycles.
• Strong background in infrastructure technologies, storage-related solutions.
• Deep knowledge of on-prem environments (SAN, NAS, block, file).
• Experience translating requirements into deployable outcomes.
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud, virtualization, and data protection strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple deals across stages and with channel partners.
• Strong discovery, communication, and presentation skills.
• Must be based in the Bounder/Denvermetro area to support territory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead across enterprise accounts in your territory.
• Partner with Enterprise Client Executives to build strategy and close business as one team.
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and partner SEs for co-sell initiatives.
• Lead deep discovery sessions to uncover business challenges and future-state goals.
• Architect and configure solutions across NetApp portfolio tailored to customer environments.
• Support opportunities from net-new logos to long-cycle enterprise deals.
• Drive protect-and-expand motions within existing accounts and whitespace opportunities.
• Engage customers on AI readiness, data strategy, hybrid cloud, and disaster recovery.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Engineering, and Professional Services to deliver outcomes.
