Job summary

Sophos is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to own and grow a portfolio of large enterprise customers in the United States. You will drive renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and align Sophos security solutions with customer needs while coordinating with internal teams and partners.

The role requires a consultative sales approach, strong relationship management, and experience navigating complex procurement in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise tech environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing and growing enterprise customer accounts.
• Proven success driving renewals and expansion within existing customers.
• Excellent relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience selling cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of existing enterprise customer accounts.
• Drive timely and successful contract renewals through proactive engagement.
• Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Coordinate with Sales Engineering for demonstrations and validations.
• Collaborate with channel partners and internal teams to execute renewals and expansions.
