Capital One Software seeks a Senior Manager of Enterprise SaaS Sales to lead strategic, non-transactional deals with Global 2000 customers, navigating complex buying centers and security reviews.

You will self-generate pipeline, orchestrate 12-18 month sales cycles, and partner with cloud ecosystem players to bring Databolt to market in regulated industries such as Financial Services and Healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience required.
• At least 3 years in enterprise B2B software or technology sales (financial services, healthcare, etc.).
• At least 1 year selling data security or cloud security solutions with relevant compliance frameworks.
• At least 2 years managing 9+ month sales cycles using structured methodologies (MEDDIC/MEDDICC).

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise deals end-to-end: source, develop, and close ARR with new logos and expansion.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder buying centers across security, data, compliance, legal, and procurement.
• Lead technical evaluations with clear success criteria and executive alignment.
• Guide customers through security reviews, risk assessments, and compliance validation.
• Build business cases quantifying risk reduction and enablement outcomes.
• Negotiate DPAs, security exhibits, BAAs, and enterprise licensing terms.
• Develop land-and-expand strategies across lines of business and environments.
• Leverage cloud ecosystem relationships and GSI partnerships to accelerate deals.
