Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years in software quality/automation or SDET roles.
• 8+ years designing enterprise automation frameworks.
• Deep expertise with Selenium, Playwright, Tosca, Cypress, Appium, API testing.
• Extensive experience with Azure DevOps, qTest, CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Humana's enterprise automation architecture strategy and roadmap.
• Build scalable automation frameworks; enable CI/CD integration and enterprise testing.
• Lead AI-enabled testing strategies and intelligent automation initiatives.
• Provide architecture guidance across Quality Engineering and engineering teams.
• Drive DevOps excellence and shift-left quality practices across pipelines.
