You will mentor teams, define standards, and partner with engineering, DevOps, product, and architecture to maximize automation value. This remote role requires deep tool expertise (ADO, qTest, Tosca, Selenium, Playwright) and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 12+ years of QE, test management, automation, SDET, or software eng experience.
• 8+ years enabling enterprise testing and automation tools; strong Agile/DevOps knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise QE tools strategy, governance, and adoption plans.
• Provide onboarding, training, and support for enterprise QE tools and platforms.
• Evaluate AI-enabled testing capabilities and drive intelligent testing initiatives.
• Lead technical consulting across QE, architecture, and DevOps to improve adoption.
