Cotiviti is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Process Specialist to drive large cross-discipline process-improvement projects with high executive visibility.

The role focuses on operational efficiency, cycle-time reductions, international operations, and system deployments, with inter-company consulting and coaching for LSS training. You will interact with C-level stakeholders, manage multiple projects, and adapt various process-improvement approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with business/process emphasis.
• 12+ years leading process-improvement efforts at large companies with international operations.
• Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma with portfolio experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-discipline process-improvement projects with executive visibility.
• Engage with SLT to identify scope and conduct engagements to completion.
• Coordinate across organizations with multiple owners and deliverables.
• Provide regular executive updates and maintain detailed project plans.
• Support LSS training and certification programs through mentoring.
