Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Major Client Advocate to own end-to-end relationships across large, complex deployments. You will translate technical delivery into sustained adoption, expansion, and value at the executive level.

You will work remotely from Ohio with significant travel, coordinating with IT, Product, and Deployment teams. The role emphasizes measurable outcomes, renewals, and cross-functional leadership to protect and grow strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience owning enterprise deployments, implementations, or strategic accounts.
• Experience in large, regulated, public-sector, or mission-critical environments.
• Proven ability to drive adoption and measurable outcomes beyond go-live.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting renewals and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Ability to travel 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of complex customer relationships and deliver real, defensible impact at the executive level.
• Serve as the primary partner to senior agency leaders, translating delivery into sustained adoption, expansion, and long-term value.
• Structure work across large organizations and navigate ambiguity to align priorities toward clear outcomes.
• Track adoption, usage, and success metrics to protect renewals and drive expansion.
• Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority while maintaining accountability for outcomes.
