Job summary

Zeta Global is seeking a hands-on Senior Engineering Manager to drive the Loyalty product within the Zeta Marketing Platform. You will own architecture, delivery, and roadmap for core loyalty features, guiding multiple engineering teams and ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable services.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Engineering, you will mentor engineers, balance new initiatives with technical debt, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless loyalty experience.

Qualifications

• Significant experience building and operating large-scale distributed platforms or multi-tenant SaaS systems (leadership preferred).
• Experience leading engineering teams responsible for full-stack development and delivery.
• Strong expertise in cloud-native architectures, APIs, and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and technical direction for Loyalty domain within Zeta Marketing Platform.
• Translate product strategy into executable roadmaps and deliver high-quality software.
• Coach engineers, mentor leads, and build a high-performing team.
• Ensure reliability, security, and operational excellence across services.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, SRE, DevOps, Security, and FinOps teams.
