Zeta Global is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Loyalty product within the Zeta Marketing Platform in New York, NY. You will own architecture, roadmap, and delivery for core loyalty features, guiding multiple engineering teams and driving operational excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, deep experience with distributed systems and cloud-native architectures, and a commitment to high-quality, scalable software that integrates with identity, events, and messaging

Qualifications

• Significant experience building and operating large-scale distributed platforms or multi-tenant SaaS systems.
• Experience leading engineering teams responsible for full-stack development.
• Strong operational knowledge of observability, incident management, and production readiness.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and technical direction for assigned domains.
• Translate product strategy into executable engineering roadmaps.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to deliver Loyalty features at scale.
• Coach and develop engineers through mentoring and feedback.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of engineers and technical leads.
